Extreme poor service from the owner Zubair. He took a order for small buns, got to the store. The order wasnt logged. Came back in the evening for pick up. Buns were alot smaller than what we wanted and he charged 22p per a bun. Extreme rip off. We were promised wholesale price on the call but he then he turned from his word. Honestly wouldnt recommend. Ridiculous and rude service

I have been going to this place for long. The kebab pastries are best. Always fresh and delicious. Best to go there in the morning after 0900 when everything is freshly made

A Hidden Gem That Deserves All the Hype! Novelty Bakery is an absolute delight from the moment you walk through the door. The aroma of freshly baked pastries hits you first—warm, comforting, and impossible to resist. Every single item we tried was a standout. The pastries were buttery and flaky perfection, the seasonal tarts were beautifully crafted and bursting with flavor, and the sourdough loaf we took home was gone by the next morning! The service is just as impressive as the food. The staff especially (Brother Ibraheem) are genuinely kind, knowledgeable, and passionate about what they do. They took the time to walk us through the menu, offered thoughtful recommendations, and even checked in afterwards to make sure everything was to our liking. The atmosphere is cozy and creative, with a modern rustic charm that feels both stylish and inviting. There’s a thoughtful attention to detail everywhere—from the locally sourced ingredients to the artistic presentation of the desserts. Whether you're there for a quick coffee or a slow weekend brunch, the vibe is warm and welcoming. This place has quickly become our go-to for both special occasions and casual indulgences. If you haven’t been to Novelty Bakery yet, you’re missing out on one of the best spots in town.

Honestly, really disappointed with Novelty Bakery. I walked in during the morning, which should be the best time to visit a bakery, and there were no pastries at all. For a place that calls itself a bakery, that’s pretty surprising. You’d expect at least a few trays of fresh stuff coming out, but there was nothing. Not even leftovers. The counter had very little on it. Just a couple of items that didn’t look fresh or appealing. It felt like they were closing down instead of just opening up for the day. The place was also kind of messy. Not in a cozy or rustic way, just untidy and thrown together. Compared to other bakeries in London, this place really doesn’t offer much. No variety, no atmosphere, and not a spot I’d come back to. Total letdown.
